Project Notes: Business Extension Bureau is an independently owned and operated multi-channel marketing production company located in the Museum District of Houston, Texas. Their client, The Regis School requested a postcard to promote their Open House.

Format: Event Postcard

Design Objective: Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast held the Print Showcase to highlight award winning printed pieces from the Graphic Excellence Awards. Members of the design community were invited to this summer evening event so they could learn more about print possibilities.

Design Objective: Deborah Cameron has been teaching Pilates in the Houston area for over 12 years and just launched her own business—Commerce St. Pilates. She wanted a design that appealed to both men and women and conveyed movement. Anne created the custom map and selected stock images to give the card an exciting feeling. Anne arranged for the printing, which provided Deborah with more time to do what she does best—help others achieve their fitness goals. Good luck on your new venture, Deborah!

Design Objective: This card is provided to families who visit Kids Developmental Clinic and Kids Developmental Therapy. The card are available in both English and Spanish. This card helps parents to identify important milestones in their child’s growth and development.

GEA Save the Date

 

Client: Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast

Format: 6″ x 4.25″ color postcard

Design Objective: Each year Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast presents awards for excellence in printing. The theme for the 2012 Graphic Excellence Awards is “Masterpieces.” I used an aged damask background and (re-colored) framed letters from old illuminated alphabets to represent this year’s theme.
