The Rock Changes with the Times
I appreciate the elegant, simple commercial that showcases the design changes of the Prudential logo. The detailed 1880s logo evolves to become more simplified in its design. Then, in the 1980s it begins to look like many of the logos of that era—parallel graduated bars (…think ATT). The newest version brings back some of the detail lost in the 1980s design and freshens up the image, bringing it into the present day.
